  1. LEMON AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WATER

      • Luke warn Water (1 glass)
      • Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon)
      • ACV (1 tablespoon)

METHOD:

Drink this first thing in the morning regularly. Add honey to sweeten it up if you want.

  1. TURMERIC GOLDEN LATTE

    Turmeric is highly potent in a compound called curcumin and curcuminoid which helps in anti oxidization which can help in anti aging and damage on your skin. It also helps against psoriasis.

    INGREDIENTS:

        • Warm oat milk (1/2 cup)
        • Water (1/2 cup)
        • Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
        • Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
        • Red Pepper/Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
        • Honey (1 teaspoon)

    METHOD:

    Warm Oat Milk or any other nut milk with water in a sauce pan. Try to avoid cow milk as we are fighting acne would mean avoiding anything with a hormone boast and sticking to the most natural forms of ingredients. Add turmeric, cinnamon and cayenne/red pepper (helps absorb and activate turmeric). Add honey to sweeten it up if you want. You can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.

    1. MATCHA LATTE



    Matcha is rich in antioxidants, it is made by grinding the tea leaf thus is different from green tea in texture. If you think green tea is healthy is way better as it contains 137x more antioxidants than green tea. Natural and organic matcha will help your goal towards a healthy life!

    INGREDIENTS:

          • Matcha (1 tablespoon)
          • Warm Water (1/2 cup)
          • Oat/Soy Milk (1/2 cup)
          • Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon)

    METHOD:

    Pour powdered matcha in some water mix. Once it is completely mixed add water. It is best to consume it as it is. However, if need be you can also drink It as a latte by adding oat/soy milk and brown sugar.

    METHOD:

    Heat up milk of your choice in a saucepan and add cocoa powder, coconut oil, a dash of sea salt and coconut sugar.  Whisk it, let it simmer and pour it in a cup. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min for the drink to thicken.

    1. GINGER AND BLACK SUGAR TEA

     

    Ginger helps reduces inflammation and eases digestion. Black sugar is much healthier than brown/white sugar; it is high in potassium, iron, calcium and other minerals.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Ginger (1 piece)
    • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
    • Water (2 cups)

    METHOD:

    Wash the ginger with skin very thoroughly, hit it with the back of the knife or cut it. Add it into cold/slightly warm water and start boiling it over medium/high heat. Bring it to boil and let it for 30 minutes on low heat. Add black sugar and allow it to melt for 5 minutes. Slowly and gently mix it, it will turn to a dark rich brown color. Consume it during winter month as ginger is high in heat.
