How to get the perfect skin - 5 easy DIY masks at your service!

1. Banana Face Mask


A lot of people don’t know this but bananas can be used for purposes other than just eating! This mask will give you the glow you’re looking for and will make your skin look healthy.

Items & Quantities:

      • Banana (½ banana)
      • Orange Juice (1 tablespoon)
      • Honey (1 tablespoon)

Method:

Mash the banana and mix it with orange juice and honey in a bowl. Apply the mixture to your face and let it rest for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water, put on some lotion and you’re good to go!

2. Milk Face Mask


If you want to hydrate your skin and clean it all over, there’s no better way to do it than by making a milk mask!

Items & Quantities:

        • Powdered Milk (¼ cup)
        • Warm Water 

Method:

Pour Powdered Milk in a bowl and add just enough warm water to it to form a thick paste. Mix it thoroughly and apply it on your entire face. Wait for it to completely dry and wash it with warm water. Feel your skin and see the difference!

3. Egg Face Mask

For those of you for who acne has been a prolonged issue that isn’t going anywhere, this is a mask for you to try! The eggs will kill the bacteria on your skin and will hence, refrain any blemishes from forming.

Items & Quantities:

  • 2 egg whites

Method:

Take 2 eggs, break them and separate the egg white from the yolk. Place the egg whites in a separate bowl. Take a tissue or a cotton swab, dip it in the bowl and apply the mask all over your face. Let it stay for 15 minutes. Wash it off with a damp towel and apply a lotion immediately after. Your skin will feel fresh and will prevent acne from growing!

4. Honey Face Mask

If you have any redness or swelling on your face or if you’re just looking for a good exfoliator for your skin, this is the mask for you!

Method:

Warm up honey in a microwave for 5 seconds, mix it with cinnamon and fresh lemon in a bowl. Let the mixture rest on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. The exfoliator would have done its work!

5. Avocado Face Mask

Method:

Take all these ingredients, mix them in a bowl and apply gently to your face. Let it sit and dry for 15 minutes and then rinse your face with water. Be sure to remove it completely. Your skin should feel extremely soft and hydrated!
